Post-Project Meetings
Upon completion of a project, Integrated Interiors’ Customer Satisfaction Coordinator meets with our customers on-site to discuss their overall experience working with our company. By having a detailed discussion we are able to gain a comprehensive understanding of our customer’s total experience from initial contact to furniture selection, design, quoting, ordering and delivery. As a result,, if necessary, we can re-design our services to better meet our customers’ needs.
